How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find MealMuse, and tap Cancel. On Android: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, find MealMuse, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period on either platform.
Is the nutrition data accurate?
Nutrition values are AI-generated approximations and should be used as general guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
What about food allergies?
You can set allergen filters to exclude specific ingredients from your meal plans. However, AI detection may not catch every allergen — always verify ingredients independently if you have severe allergies.
How do I restore my purchase?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. Your subscription should restore automatically. If it doesn't, contact us at [email protected].

Storage & Security
All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with authentication-based access controls. Only you can access your own data through your authenticated account. Administrative access is restricted to authorized MealMuse team members and all admin actions are logged in an audit trail.

Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage metrics reset monthly. Presence data (active status) is ephemeral and only reflects your current session.

To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days. Upon deletion, all personal data including preferences, meal plans, analytics, messages, feedback, and usage records will be permanently removed.
